OEM-Standard Servicing
Engineered for zero downtime
Downtime is a maintenance problem, so we treat it like one. Service intervals are measured in operating hours rather than calendar months, and hydraulic and cooling assemblies are rebuilt to hold up in 50°C site conditions.
Pre-Dispatch
The 120-point protocol
Before any machine leaves the Mussafah yard, our technicians complete a full diagnostic scan, load test and fluid analysis. The protocol covers four systems, and a unit is not released until all four sign off.
Hydraulic system
Hose and fitting integrity, cylinder seal condition, fluid condition and pressure testing across boom, arm, bucket and auxiliary circuits. Hydraulic failure is the single most common cause of site stoppage in this climate, so it gets the most attention.
Undercarriage and drivetrain
Track tension and link wear on crawler units, final drive condition, wheel bearings, tyre or track inspection and steering integrity. Desert abrasives destroy undercarriages faster than operating hours alone would suggest.
Engine and cooling
Coolant system pressure test, radiator and cooling pack condition, filter service, thermal performance check under load. Cooling capacity is the difference between a machine that works through the afternoon and one that derates.
Safety and compliance
Lighting, reverse alarm, mirrors, seatbelt, ROPS and FOPS structure, fire extinguisher and guarding. Technical passport and operator documentation compiled and attached to the dispatch record.
Field Response
The workshop comes to the machine
A fault on site does not have to mean a yard return, a replacement mobilisation and two lost days. Our mobile service teams carry common wear parts and diagnostic equipment directly to your coordinates, and the majority of faults are resolved in place.
That is the whole point of the arrangement: your programme is measured in days, so our response has to be measured in hours.
Contact field serviceDesert Specification
Preventative maintenance cycles
Calendar-based servicing does not survive contact with UAE site conditions. Machines that run long shifts in high ambient temperatures accumulate wear on a completely different curve, so the schedule follows the hour meter.
Interval basis
Operating hours
Service is triggered by hour-meter readings, not by the date on a maintenance sticker.
Component strategy
Replace before failure
Critical hydraulic components are changed out on a wear schedule rather than run until they fail on your site.
Thermal envelope
Rebuilt for 50°C
Hydraulic assemblies and cooling systems are specified and rebuilt against real UAE site temperatures.
Parts & Procurement
OEM-aligned parts sourcing
Repair turnaround is a supply chain question as much as a workshop one. We maintain direct sourcing routes for the brands actually running in our fleet, which keeps a hydraulic or engine repair measured in hours rather than in weeks of waiting for a part to clear.
UAE Compliance
Certified site readiness
Machines and operators carry active third-party certification compliant with municipal and federal UAE infrastructure standards. Backhoe units are cleared through third-party Abu Dhabi Municipality inspection.
Full compliance documentation, operator licences and the machine's technical passport are issued with every delivery, so mobilisation is never held up at the gate by missing paperwork.
Third-party inspection
Independent certification against Abu Dhabi Municipality requirements.
Operator licensing
Certification verified for every operator supplied under the rental contract.
Technical passport
Machine documentation and service history issued with the unit on delivery.
Site safety pack
Compliance documentation supplied for your HSE file at mobilisation.
